I teach the Alexander Technique in Windsor Berkshire and also in central London. I am also a professional violinist, now mainly giving recitals but also freelancing in the London area with most of the well known groups. I have given recitals on BBC Radio 3 and at festivals in the uk. Alexander technique informs much of my approach to violin playing and, along with music,combines with my other ares of interest which include exploring consciousness and current neuroscience as it impinges on our quest for meaning. I am 'interested' in Buddhism and the Zen tradition in particular. In am a keen cyclist and keep a keen eye on current affairs and economics in particular. I can be contacted to give lessons, talks and group demonstrations. I run regular 4 week (each Tuesday) beginners workshops in central London, starting on the first Tuesday of each month at 7-8.30pm.
