Amber DeAnn's mission is to help others experience self discovery, self healing, and self empowerment in a loving, supportive and fun environment. She teaches simple, effective, de-stressing techniques to bust today's tension, techniques to changing perceptions, ways to use universal intelligence in your business and daily life, self improvement techniques, ways to use emotional intelligence and do emotional clearing. All her talks and workshops include experiential exercises, music and movement. Amber's life journey consisted of moving from depression, ptsd from child abuse to emotional and mental wellness. Her journey took her into the realm of her deepest emotions and stuffed feelings, and showed her to way back to being a whole self-empowered person. Now she combines hypnotherapy with expressive arts, energy work, spiritualism and joy to help others find the way. Her business Mind Emotion Harmony focuses on self empowerment of individuals through hypnotherapy, empowerment workshops and self help program that all the reader to identify and dissolve fear, anger and move into personal power. Her self help program consists of her book Release Your Magical Child which opens the reader to their feelings and two supplemental workbooks,Release Your Magical Child workbook 1 and 2 which give the reader tools to discover and clear anger, fear and depression.
