Patricia Benesh is the visionary behind AuthorAssist which draws English-speaking writers from around the world. For more than a decade, AuthorAssist has provided personal literary services to more than 400 fiction and nonfiction writers. Among her clients is Thomas Steinbeck (son of John Steinbeck), whose anthology, Down to a Soundless Sea, was published by Ballantine. Patricia's passion is to help writers meet their goals, whether they choose traditional publishing or self-publishing. AuthorAssist offers a range of personalized services for writers at any stage in the writing/publishing process. A former professor at The Johns Hopkins University (JHU) specializing in literacy and readability, Patricia holds a doctorate in Communications from JHU. She is a crack editor-- ensuring consistency, logic, content, tone, and fact. She has spoken at numerous US and international conferences and is recognized in Who's Who in Education.
