Avie Goldstein, DMD

Bio

Dr. Goldstein has held academic appointments at the University of Manitoba, SUNY (Buffalo), the University of Connecticut Health Center, and for 20 years as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the Yale School of Medicine and an Attending Periodontist at Yale New Haven Hospital Dr. Goldstein is Board Certified in Periodontics, both in the United States as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, and in Canada, as a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists. He was recently honored by the American Board of Periodontology for completing 25 years of board certification. Dr. Goldstein has been very involved in dental education, having written many scientific articles and lectured both at home and abroad. He has also taken an active role in organized dentistry, having served as the President of the New Haven (Connecticut) Dental Association. Dr. Goldstein brings to his practice more than 30 years of experience in all facets of periodontics and more than 20 years of experience in implant dentistry.
