Bio

William (Bill) C. Brown is a partner and consultant with The Noble Group. Bill is involved in all aspects of marketing, negotiation, compliance, design, and financial analysis of benefit programs and has over ten years experience with employee welfare and fringe benefits plans, as well as retirement plans. He has managed care experience, expertise in ASO contracts, and alternatively funded group insurance programs.
