The inspiration for the creation of Isabelâs brand was born out of my lifelong passion for cooking. I wanted to share my enthusiasm for little-known ingredients and introduce new flavours, particularly ones enjoyed in my home country of Brazil, to a wider audience. Further more it occurred to me that Brazilian cooking culture like other South American countries does not depend as much upon wheat-based products, and there appeared to be a real need for great tasting gluten and wheat free foods. Iâm not coeliac, but having read about the condition and being an advocate for all things natural, I realised that I might had some special recipes worth sharing. I hope that my unique brand of foods will capture your imagination, with its aims to introduce, inspired and cultivate a taste for great-tasting natural foods.
