Marketing Project Manager at Adobe Benelux, manager Adobe User Group Nederland, blogger, networker, promotor, freelancer, jurymember SpinAwards and The FWA. Interested in design, creative, agencies, interactive, graffiti, art, and much more. For Adobe Benelux I work as Marketing Project Manager, Creative Pro and Web, since April 2007. At the marketing department, I do the contacts with the creative and interactive industry (designers, agencies, awardshows, other organisations) building on the network I have. I do projectmanagement and sponsoring of creative events, publications and support the different Adobe communities. When I started at Adobe I joined the new board of the Dutch Adobe User Group as chairman - a community that came from the formal Macromedia User Group. This has now been transformed to an association, organising more then 6 meetings per year with an avarage of 250 visitors attending, more then 3500 creative professionals and 25 sponsors. As a freelancer, next to the days I work for Adobe, I promote creative-, design- and interactive agencies in the media and help them with their strategy in communication. I work for Addikt, Hanazuki, Red Urban, Tribal DDB Amsterdam and others. I am blogger at Marketingfacts, Dutchcowboys and Ilovenewwork. Before Adobe, I was Ambassador at Satama FlashFabriek (now part of LBi Lost Boys) and project manager at advertising agency OER. The five years before that, I was Editior-in-Chief at Dzone magazine, the leading Dutch print publication on graphic design and multimedia. This was a result of a background of more than ten years working experience as a graphic designer, multimedia designer, online creative and art director. My expertise is relation- and networkmarketing within the creative and web industry and communities, I have a real passion for creative and interactive and I have been in many jury's the last years, from SpinAwards to The FWA.
