Bio

For the past two decades Bridget Lewis has successfully navigated the challenges and opportunities of a multi-cultural, socio-economically diverse international workplace. As a professional educator in Antigua, she helped to educate the minds of West Indian youth. In the mid 1990’s Bridget migrated to the United States immediately embracing a new role as an integral part of the team at Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. Seizing the opportunity for growth, she later accepted an offer as one of the point persons on the cross-functional team responsible for opening InterContinental Hotels Group’s (IHG) new line of boutique hotels, Hotel Indigo. Throughout her tenure at IHG, Bridget held roles within the Training and Development, Americas Human Resources, and Global Human Resources divisions. Her partnership with the global Hotel Indigo brand allowed her to work closely with brand leaders to execute on their people strategies. Independent entrepreneurial pursuits include partnerships with The EWS Financial Group, City View Hotel in Antigua and the Atlanta Archdiocese’s Christ Our Hope Catholic Church. In 2010, Bridget founded Workplace Learning Solutions, a company dedicated to helping small to medium sized organizations achieve their desired profitability through the effectiveness of their people.
