Pembrokeshire's only mobile activity centre, dedicated to coasteering. Celtic Quest will meet you at one of several secluded locations. After a brief introduction your guides will kit you out in a plethora of adventure kit including a toasty warm winter steamer wetsuit, white water helmet, buoyancy aid and if its a bit chilly, wetsuit gloves, hoods and socks. Next comes the safety briefing, you'll be told how to safely enjoy Pembrokeshire's rugged coastal environment. Imagine kayaking without a boat, bungee without a rope or surfing without a board. Your expert guides will advise you how to deal with anything you encounter on your adventure. From atlantic grey seals to the awesome swell of the celtic sea. Individuals, non-swimmers and small groups welcome. En route you'll find yourself scramble climbing, adventure swimming, rock hopping and leaping from the towering rock faces. Explore your limits, emphasis is on safe fun. If you don't fancy the rough water features or big jumps, simply traverse or float around them.
