There are thousands of nonprofits in our state – each trying to make a difference on their own. We bring them together so that each member can benefit from our collective strength. Connecticut Association of Nonprofits (CT Nonprofits) is the largest membership organization in the state dedicated exclusively to working with nonprofits in Connecticut. By connecting organizations with information, education, advocacy and collaboration, we help members focus their energy on the people and communities they serve. Mission The mission of CT Nonprofits is to support and strengthen nonprofit organizations in building and sustaining healthy communities in Connecticut. To achieve this mission for our growing base of nonprofit organizations, CT Nonprofits is committed to the following goals: •Enhance public recognition of the importance and role of the nonprofit sector to the people of Connecticut. •Provide access to high quality assistance and information on effective nonprofit management and practices. •Advocate on issues that affect the capacity of all nonprofits to address their communities’ needs. •Foster communication and cooperation among nonprofits.
