I'm a stay-at-home wife and Boxer momma. I like experimenting in the kitchen, especially with ethnic foods. I try to make at least one or two vegetarian dinners a week. Aside from cooking, my other loves include: my husband, adventuring around Okinawa (our new home), my sweet Boxer Banks, beverages of all sorts (wine, coffee, tea, etc.), dancing, exploring Pandora Radio, laughing til I cry, reminiscing about my honeymoon in Paris, and dreaming of all the fun people/places I've yet to discover ...
