J. Ryan Winter founded Telematics-Online Research & Investigation in 2003 and currently holds the positions of Managing Director, Lead Investigator and acting Privacy Officer. Ryan is highly respected and well known both at home and abroad as a highly capable, well connected and meticulous Canadian Licensed Private Investigator. He has overseen investigations in over 100 countries and has a large network of affiliated contacts around the globe. He has served a myriad of clients in both the public and private sectors including government, fortune 500 companies, foreign dignitaries, financial institutions, law firms, recruitment firms and insurance providers.
