Jennifer has coached hundreds of job seekers who are either laid off or making a career transition. With many successful years of placing candidates by working closely with hiring managers to interview and select top talent, Jennifer leverages this unique knowledge to position her coaching clients as they differentiate themselves from other job seekers. As a corporate consultant, she works closely with management to offer career coaching to internal employees. The outside perspective is valuable to employees who need that extra push past hurdles holding them back from being the super star they are inside. She offers executive coaching and HR strategy based on the needs of the corporate client. Her outplacement services are different from other companies because she customizes the coaching based on the individual, which reduces the unemployment time and saves companies money after the lay-off. Jennifer is the Executive Producer and Host of the weekly radio show: Job Club Radio. Along with her guests, she discusses a variety of topics that are work related.
