About Me

Hi there! I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and inspire my clients to achieve joy and balance by discovering the powerful connection between nutrition, mind and body. I work with clients in person or via phone. So no worries if you don't live in Ohio . . . you can have great support and an amazing program long distance!

Top priority for me is to support my clients on their personal journey to adding themselves back to their priority list, connecting with their inner guidance, feeling better in their body while reducing their cravings, and truly enjoying their life! My clients learn techniques to improve relationships, have more energy, explore new foods and live a happier and healthier life overall. It is important to me to support my clients as they start to celebrate who they are while loving their life!

I received my training at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. I am also certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

I love working with my clients and inspiring them in ways they have not thought of before.
