Developed US operations for an international food service corporation. Menu development and kitchen operations for upscale restaurants. Created packaging and promotions for consumer goods and food products. Products placed on various network & cable television channels. Caters high-profile and charity events. Working with French TV producer on food documentary for French cable channel. I'm into extreme cuisine, anything fried, Kobe beef, taco trucks, restaurants and dives, accessories and applications for my iPhone, expensive champagne (I worked for a French company), Ceviche, useless kitchen gadgets (French company again), open wheel racing, collecting PEZ, developing the ultimate quick service food biz, the frozen yogurt wars, and purchasing cookbooks with lousy recipes.
