Bio

A consultant to the autobody industry (bodyshops), I have 20+ years of real-world experience. Over the years I have appeared in every major collision and insurance trade publication - ABRN, BodyShop Business, FenderBender, Damage Report, Claims, and National Underwriter to name a few. I have been fortunate to have consulted for such a diverse clientele who include; information providers, modest to multi-million dollar auto body repair facilities, insurance companies, trade associations, small businesses, post repair inspection companies, franchised collision repair facilities, and autobody franchise companies. There are a few other companies under the ACG umbrella too, like the internationally recognized vertical market search engine- CollisionVision.com, the Autobody Bookstore, and AutobodyAdvocate.com. Lately I have been writing a monthly column in trade magazine Damage Report, and blogging on Auto Body Repair News (ABRN) and CollisionHub.com. I also run my own blog, and frequently tweet (of course I do - who doesn't tweet). I love what I do and am lucky to work my passion.
