A private equity firm OEP owns NCO which is the world's largest business process outsourcing company with 29,000 employees & operating in 10 countries. Transworld Systems Inc. (TSI) is the revenue cycle management & debt recovery subsidiary of NCO. TSI is in the business of profit recovery & leads the industry in resolving bad debt & accounts receivable. TSI has over 120 offices in the US. Last year TSI recovered $700M for an average of less than $10.00 per account. TSI’s success rate is 3 times better than that of the industry (consisting of @ 6000 collection agencies). TSI works with over 200 of the Fortune 500 large cap companies & tens of thousands of mid cap & small cap businesses as well as banks, firms, practices, hospitals, clinics, labs, institutions, organizations, schools, & governments in virtually all business sectors. TSI supports B2B, B2C, G2B, & G2C debts. We are licensed in all USA states, some territories, & Canada. We are insured to $25M with a client “hold-harmless” clause. We follow the letter of the law for state & federal statues. TSI charges a fixed (not %) fee of @$10 per late past due account & recover on average 56% in 40 days if the accounts are referred to us within 90 days of being late. Most agencies charge 30% to 50% of the receivable and only recover 20%. We also work all accounts equally regardless of balance versus “cherry picking” only the high balance ones since we are flat fee based. TSI has a 24/7 website for the customer to upload (in various file formats) late past due accounts (recommend BEFORE 90 days past due). The customer can also see account status & decide upon account pursuit methods (diplomatic or aggressive).
