When successful Sales Agent and former Real Estate Principal David Meadowcroft moved his family to the Sunshine Coast from Sydney for a lifestyle change, he wished to continue to pursue his real estate career and Amber Werchon Property was the obvious choice! David brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Amber Werchon Property with over 21 years in the industry and over $450,000,000 worth of real estate transactions behind him, with more to come… One of David’s greatest strengths is that he learnt the business in a period during which interest rates escalated to around 16% - very challenging! In fact, it was during this time that David rose to become the number one salesperson in the franchise in which he worked. David still loves nothing more than the ‘hands on work’ of assisting people buy and sell what is often their greatest asset. ‘’The thrill of helping a young couple find their dream home, or the satisfaction of getting the very best price for my vendors is what keeps me striving to achieve.’’ In keeping with the ethos of Amber Werchon Property, David is a huge believer in training to enhance and refine his skills, and in the last year alone David has completed in excess of 60 hours training. One of the things that attracted him to AWP was their focus on training to produce highly qualified and knowledgeable professionals who are the envy of the industry. David loves spending his leisure time with his wife and three young daughters, and is a huge sports fan.
