Alan Levesque is the publisher, editor and chief writer of the conservative political opinion website The Daily Pamphlet and is an accomplished writer and blogger who focuses on conservative political opinion pieces. Alan’s opinions are shaped by fifty years of living and his many life experiences working in many different industries from engineering to insurance. Alan has traveled extensively throughout the United States and has also visited Canada, Mexico, Taiwan, South Korea and China. Alan is a Christian and a proud conservative and his beliefs are most in line with those of Ronald Reagan. Alan believes in free speech, freedom of religion, the right to bear arms and the death penalty. Alan is staunchly anti-abortion. Alan believes in individual rights and a small non-intrusive Federal Government. Politically, Alan was a registered Democrat for many years until he had an awakening and realized that the beliefs and goals of the Democratic Party were completely at odds with his personal beliefs. Alan is now a registered independent and leans Republican although he believes them to be a contributing factor in the problems the country is now facing. A native of Massachusetts and lifelong resident of the Tampa Florida area, Alan is married with children and enjoys family time as well as time spent at Tampa Bay Lightning hockey games and watching his beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A lifelong musician, Alan plays guitar and bass and has, over the years been in many really bad bands playing mostly blues, 60′s and 70′s rock and roll and some country.
