DashTweet is a free service for Twitter users to send quick text messages, called "tweets", to license plates of cars, motorcycles, motor-homes and other vehicles.
Why license plate tweets? Because sending a regular tweet about a driver is like slamming the horn when you're already on your driveway, or putting off (friendly) hand gestures until you're at the dinner table; someone will get your message but not the person who it is meant for. A license plate tweet is delivered to the driver of a vehicle or saved for later - until the driver registers the vehicle.
Of course you should not send messages while driving! Wait 'till your vehicle has come to a complete stop. You know, those moments where you would otherwise read the morning paper, pull out your dental floss or put on your makeup.
