Linda Kraai is President & CEO of Divine Antiques, llc, a distinguished online antique shop headquartered in Oregon, offering unique & unusual estate silver, period jewelry, trousseau quality linens & textiles, vintage clothes, lingerie, handbags, boudoir & vanity items, rare antiques & more.
Linda, a dedicated connoisseur & collector herself, traces her interest in antiques back almost four decades, inspiring her avid lifelong study of the field.
In the 1970’s, while continuing these studies, Linda worked as a professional in the corporate environment where through various key management positions in areas such as accounting, payables, receivables, purchasing, cash control & treasury operations, she successfully learned all aspects of operating a multimillion dollar company.
During the 1980’s, after additional education, training & certification by the Gemological Institute of America, the world’s foremost authority in gemology research & education, Linda began her first independent venture specializing in antique & estate jewelry, expanding shortly thereafter to a larger storefront in the historic Sellwood antique district of Portland, Oregon where she was able to offer a full line of general antiques.
For many years she also participated in a number of prominent antique shows, all over the Pacific Northwest.
Consecutively co-owning & operating several other businesses during these years further increased Linda’s business acumen.
Extensive travel throughout the US, Europe & Mexico continues to contribute to her broad antique & history knowledge base, as well as provides an opportunity to obtain wonderful, unique inventory.
