Bio

Don DeRosa is a real estate investor, author, teacher, coach and national speaker. Don is also president of Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, one of the longest running REIAs in the country. Don has trained thousands of new and experienced investors to build wealth in real estate using the same techniques that helped him build his fortune, particularly buying with owner financing, using private money, creatively structuring deals and selling quickly in any market. Don was honored to be singled out among the top 21 real estate investors in the U.S. and Canada featured in the New York Times best-selling book The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. He has bought and sold well over 200 properties in the last few years.
