I am a Personal and Life Coach with a specialty in Stress and Career Coaching offering a choice of programmes or coaching to your chosen agenda. I coach two programmes on Careers, the Firework Programme for Career Change and the Ignite Programme for Job Change. Firework offers a full examination of your career options starting with what you enjoy doing, looking at your values then moving on to generate a range of choices from which you develop a plan for moving towards your ideal. If you are not looking to make a complete change of career then the Ignite Programme may suit you better. This looks at where you are with your career or business, what you enjoy most, what you would like to improve. Ideal for people who want their current situation to be more successful and fulfilled without searching for a new direction. My style of coaching is based on Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, an approach where a person’s reactions and attitude to life is seen as hugely important. Everyone is different and handles their hopes and fears in different ways. This method of coaching has proven very successful in helping people make choices, overcome blocks and raise performance. I work with people Internationally via the telephone (or Skype) as well as face to face in London and South East UK.
