Bio

I am a clinical psychologist practising in Southern NH (Nashua, NH) since 1987. I have a general practice but increasingly have focused on relationship counseling (pre-marital counseling, marriage counseling, marital crisis intervention, marital enrichment counseling). This involves couples therapy, as well as individual psychotherapy for folks with relationship concerns. Additionally, I work with folks facing various life transitions, as well as difficulties with depression and anxiety in home, workplace, and social situations. My eclectic approach tends to have an active "coaching" style, pulling together insights from the past to better understand oneself -- ones needs, expectations, and habitual behaviors -- and to look to a more personally and interpersonally rewarding future. My undergraduate degree is from Brandeis University, and masters and Ph.D. in clinical psychology are from the University of Connecticut. Membership is maintained in the American Psychological Association (APA), Association for Psychological Science (APS), NH Psychological Association (NHPA), and registration with the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. I maintain affiliations with St. Joseph Hospital, Nashua, NH, as well as Southern NH Medical Center, Nashua, NH.
