Former Professor of Health and Physical Education for over two decades, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. I am also a Diplomate & Fellow with The American Association for Integrative Medicine, Diplomate withThe American Academy of Pain Management, Diplomate with The American Board of Sexology, Fellow with The American Academy of Clinical Sexologists, and a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist and Registered Polarity Therapy Practitioner. A syndicated columnist and author, I have published numerous articles about relationships and marriage, sexuality, communication, aging, mental health, pain management, body therapy, the mind-body-spirit connection, and a variety of health and wellness issues, problems and potential solutions. I have presented her work throughout the U.S. and Canada at both professional conferences and public health and wellness expositions. I have maintained a successful private counseling practice for over two decades, focusing on creating love and healing in your relationships, your body and your life.
