Elsabe Smit is the author, co-author and editor of 7 books and more to come. She has a Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Elsabe is also highly intuitive. Her unique approach to stress management goes to the cause of the stress, which is either an inner division or a division between the person and their world. Elsabe helps clients (both individuals and businesses) to grow towards unity which heals the division and releases the stress. Elsabe is experienced in change management, conflict management and communication management. She has a background in industrial psychology, NLP, hypnotherapy and various other disciplines. She adds her own talents to using a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach based on not only the mainstream disciplines, but also sacred geometry, quantum mechanics, physics and other disciplines. Her warm, empathetic personality and ability to get to the core of a problem quickly has helped many clients to find and resolve the cause of their tension, anxiety, stress and depression. Elsabe has helped clients to deal with traumatic experiences such as divorce, serious illness, redundancy, living with an addicted person, bullying, emigration and a number of other issues.
