Felix P. (Phil) Nater is retired federal law enforcement with more than 30 years of investigative, law enforcement, program management & security experiences as a United States Postal Inspector & Postal Police Officer. Between August 1992 & February 2001, Mr. Nater used those valued years of expertise & experiences to spearhead the Postal Inspection Service's strategy in the Prevention and Interdiction of Workplace Violence on Queens and Long Island, New York. Mr. Nater is a Certified Security Consultant as awarded by the International Association of Professional Security Consultants & is an independent security management consultant specializing in Workplace Violence Prevention & Workplace Security Awareness Consulting. Over the past 17 years, Mr. Nater has evolved his Violence Interdiction Model â„¢ to deliver cost effective strategies that integrate all aspects of workplace security to bring to bear resources, functions and plans in a coordinated & synchronized way to manage & reduce workplace violence & enhancing workplace security awareness. His clients include government, corporations, schools, small & midsize companies & non-for-profit organizations. Mr. Nater's professional development & experiences in law enforcement and security includes task force investigations, robbery-burglary investigations, program management & training at the national and regional levels of the Postal Inspection Service, including diversified leadership acquired as a task force leader, program manager & supervisory & managerial experience emanating from a variety of assignments in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Command Sergeant Major, now retired. He has held office & title in numerous organizations including the Association of the United States Army, Hispanic Association of Police Command Officers & the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals & many other organizations. He is a member of the International Association of Professional Security Consultants.
