Bio

I have spent my life as a graphic designer - in service to others, dedicated to moment-to-moment meditation. For the past 30 years I have been working as a Flower Essence Practitioner and am currently authoring the upcoming book: The Flower Essence Handbook: An Introduction to Energetic Healing through Natural Botanicals. In 1979, while I was working on a publication project in South India, I met a remarkable German mystic. She introduced and mentored me in the unique healing qualities of flower essences. After returning to the States, I studied with the Dr. Edward Bach Centre and also took "Advanced Flower Remedies from Around the World" and "Aromatherapy" courses from The School of Natural Health Sciences and hold diplomas in these three protocols. Throughout the years as a flower essence practitioner, I found that even after successful treatment for a specific issue, people still faced a number of general challenges such as sleep, stress, diet, confidence, fear, hormonal challenges, etc., which often appeared in their lives from time to time. So, several years ago, I created a collection of flower essence combinations that address some of the most common challenges we all face. After much experimentation and testing, I found that an all natural cream base, rather than then traditional liquid drops, provided several important therapeutic benefits. I will be launching these transformational products in September.
