Global Leadership Foundation an organisation providing leadership pathways and building leadership capability for people from all walks of life. Gayle Hardie and Malcolm Lazenby (Co-Founders) currently work with Boards and Senior Management Teams in some of Australia's leading organisations in a range of specialist areas, which include strategic planning & development, emotional intelligence in leadership, transformational change in individuals & organisations, strengthening collaboration, transformational leadership and Board and Executive mentoring & coaching. Gayle and Malcolm are passionate about making a positive difference to people's lives, their businesses and communities - both local and global. The Foundation bases the way it works and engages others on 3 Guiding Principles- self realisation, collaboration and stewardship. They are passionate about using the Enneagram as a tool in leadership development as it reveals important dimensions of leadership styles and assists leaders in better understanding what drives and motivates them as well as the impact that they have on others.
