On a simple level, Feng Shui is our body's interaction with the built environment. Humans have evolved over millennia in the Earth's complex magnetic field. The structures we live in cause the natural fields to warp and twist, which can have either a positive or negative influence. The task for a Feng Shui Master is to assess, then alter the Qi (energy) of that environment so that people occupying a particular building will have a better quality of energy coming to them.
