Greg is Co-founder and CEO of Hobbs/Herder Training and Hobbs/Herder Advertising. He is also the owner of MegaAgent Realty. Herder is a featured columnist on real estate marketing for a variety of industry publications, including Realtor® Magazine and Canadian Real Estate. Herder is also known for his dynamic speaking style and the impact on productivity of his Mega-Marketing, The Gateway and Mega-Managing seminars and other programs on the subject of cutting-edge real estate marketing and productivity. Herder also serves as a trusted consultant to many of the industry's top agents and companies. Herder's unique ability to educate brokers and agents on how to create winning marketing campaigns is extraordinary.
