Below is a list of my services and prices. 1. Website reviews. From R500 For most online prospects the website is the point of entry and its primary objective is to capture enquiries. Everything else is secondary. There are four main features that determine the conversion success of a website; appeal, speed, navigation and confirmation. A monthly performance-reporting service analyses the data from both the website and the reservation system. Rates start at R150 per month. 2. Follow-up Systems. From R750 Reviews of the follow-up policies and procedures starting with enquiry follow-up @R750. The objective being to capture more reservations through effective communications. * Enquiry & Reservation follow up. * Post-stay communication strategy. Include basic templates which can be adapted to each client’s requirements. 3. Guest House Coaching. From R 1,250 p.m. The objective is to maximise the returns from each reservation by exploring opportunities in an orderly and systematic manner. Focusing on incremental improvements, a typical month-to-month project schedule would cycle through the following areas; * Website conversion. * Follow-up systems. * Social media. * Environmental. * Social investment. * Added-value revenue. A 12-month performance-based agreement that is guaranteed to return at least 10x the cost of the coaching.
