He is a BMI registered songwriter (Iwritethasongz publishing 2009)/engineer/mixer (need i go on). Music has been of passion for him as long as he can rememeber. Inspired and motivated by his uncle Calvin "Trouble" Jones to pursue the music steadily. Raised in a musically talented family Sim has had the ability to find his own niche'. He has had many successes since making songwriting his dream. Currently he has worked with several producers ( Corna Boyz(Omarion, Marques Houston), Jayd Daniels(Missy Elliot,3LW) Bryan Michael Cox(Jagged Edge,Day26), Vampwriters,Chris Henderson(Jamie Foxx "Blame It") He has has the opportunity to work on several projects including projects for B5, Eryka Badu, Keisha Cole, as well as a great number of developing talents .Although not dubbed a singer/songwriter Sim has the ability, not like most to create infectious melodies with consistent lyrics. He incorporates ol' skool meldoy with current swag. Quoted as saying " Im Like an Ol' Skool Melody with a New Age Swag " Sim has created some of the most innovative sounding records yet.
