The International Museum of Women (I.M.O.W.) is a social change museum dedicated to valuing the lives of women around the world through art, history and culture. Through multimedia online exhibitions; a dynamic online community with participants from more than 200 countries; a live Speaker Series in San Francisco, California; and a Global Council of powerful women leaders; we amplify the voices of women around the world and work towards a society based on gender equality. I.M.O.W.'s newest online exhibition, Economica: Women and the Global Economy at www.imow.org/economica explores how women are making a difference to economies around the world. Not only are women shouldering more of the burden in the current crisis, but they are also developing bold new ideas that could redefine how economies will work in the future.
