I'm telling my story on LegalMedicalNegligence.blogspot.com & Twitter to help others. Hit by a drugged driver at 100mph I was taken to Poole NHS Trust Hospital. Only given a few x-rays, Dr Vinod K Panchbhavi missed my broken neck, back, coccyx, Syrinx, spinal cord Injuries & Brain Injury. The Hospital covered all this up even as Nurses begged Dr Panchbhavi, refer me to a Neuro he instead prevented it. The hospital had leaflets placed in a side room where we were sent to sit privately. We were manipulated to hire Karen Thompson of Lester Aldridge who was Married to a Consultant at the hospital, & friends with them all. Knowing I had a Brain Injury & a nurse had re-broken my wrist & I still had not seen a Neurologist she had a Conflict of Interest. We didn't know she knew all my Injuries & was intent on covering everything up. I saw Neuro Rehab Dr Burns, 5 months later, who continued the 'cover up'. He ignored that I'd been unable to move from the chest down for 5 days & had convulsions after the 1st Operation. Failure to treat TBI possibly causing my Syrinx. Mark Stephen Lomas, of 3PB Barristers, enabled them all, overseeing the whole cover up. Despite five years of complaining bitterly of back & spine pain & other syrinx symptoms nothing was done by the hospital or my Solicitor, who failed to even send me to a Neurologist or Neurosurgeon. I was then bullied into settling my case with no Legal Friend. Suffering Neurological Symptoms, I was ignored for another 5 years, by Dr K Mounce, associate to Dr Paul Thompson, the Solicitor's husband. Finally after insisting on Second Opinion in 2009 I began to discover all my injuries. After 3 years I know the lengths the Legal & Medical Professions went to cover up their negligence. My Solicitor, Karen Thompson of Lester Aldridge did a deal with the opposition lawyers to hide my Syrinx when it was discovered by the opposition, leaving me with a life threatening condition. Everyone failed me purely for money.
