I have decided to tell my story on my LegalMedicalNegligence.blogspot.com and on Twitter as Injury_Claims_ to help others. I want to tell how in the 21st Century, at Poole NHS Trust Hospital, Dr Vinod K Panchbhavi left me with a broken neck, back, coccyx, a Syrinx in my spinal cord & a Brain Injury. Despite the nurses begging for me to be referred to a Neurologist for 3 weeks, Dr Panchbhavi, prevented this. When I left hospital, I inadvertently hired a corrupt lawyer who unbeknown to me was married to a Consultant at the hospital & who had previously been a nurse there. She was friends with the Consultants at the hospital, & as such, when I told her I had a Brain Injury & that a nurse had re-broken my wrist & I still had not seen a Neurologist. She realised I had been negligently treated & covered this up. The Neuro Rehab Dr Burns, whom I saw four months later, then joined in this 'cover up' when I told him that I had been unable to move from the chest down for several days and I had 'convulsions' when coming round from the 1st op. He failed to record this. Then Mark Stephen Lomas, Barrister, at 3PB Barristers, enabled them all, further in this cover up. Despite five years of complaining bitterly of back & spine pain & other syrinx symptoms nothing was done by the hospital or my Solicitor, who failed to even send me to a Neurologist or Neurosurgeon. Then when I was sent to the Rheumatology Dept., with Neurological Symptoms, I was continually ignored for another five years by Dr K Mounce, associate to Dr Paul Thompson, my old Solicitor's husband. I finally insisted on a Second Opinion & over the last year discovered all my injuries. I want people to know the lengths the Legal & Medical Professions will go to to cover up their negligence. My Solicitor, Karen Thompson of Lester Aldridge did a deal with the opposition lawyers to hide my Syrinx when it was discovered by the opposition, leaving me with a life threatening condition. They also failed to tell me.
