I am a Health and Wellness Coach. My journey began after becoming overweight from quitting smoking over 20 years ago. I have lost 50 lbs, 100.63 inches, 7% body fat, and 6 1/2 dress/pant sizes ALL in 3 MONTH I MUST ADD THAT I AM 54 YEARS YOUNG AND IN 5 YEARS OF MENOPAUSE. I HAD A STOMACH THE SIZE OF A 6 MONTH PREGNANT WOMAN FOR 11 YEARS!!!! I HAVE TOTALLY TRANSFORMED MY BODY AND LOOK 20 YEARS my JUNIOR!! WITH A FLAT STOMACH!!!
