Lee's practice is concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, entrepreneurial business development and general corporate law. He provides multi-disciplinary strategic advice in connection with merger and acquisition transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt financings, shareholder disputes, licensing agreements and complex projects, including the development and financing of sports stadiums and research parks. Lee has served as an active volunteer leading numerous entrepreneurship initiatives in North Carolina and the Piedmont Triad region. His practice includes advising start-ups, seed-stage, early-stage and emerging growth companies on legal and financial aspects of business strategy, funding alternatives and strategic partnerships.
