If you keep pace with what's happening in Network Marketing, you cannot help but notice the striking lack of Integrity exemplified by what should be the most profitable venture of our time. Hype rules the day right now. We've resorted to games and applications and slick advertising that do nothing to promote anything resembling health and wellness. And when you do find a product that seems to promote health and wellness in people, nobody selling it seems to know - or care - what goes into the thing they're promoting. It all comes back to integrity and integrity seems to be in very short supply. Compensation Plans are now fluid! What you have today may well be scrapped tomorrow and the reasons why often leave you scratching your head. Company expenditures are over committed and far too often we see great ideas falling short because the owners reached too far, too fast. Perhaps the worst of all are those Companies which built their business on the backs of solid Leaders only to snatch it away in favor of p[lacing their products on the shelves of the local grocery stores. Machiavelli once wrote, "The promise given was a necessity of the past: the word broken is a necessity of the present" and it makes you wonder if Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich has been replaced by Machiavelli's The Prince. Deals are being broken and products misrepresented to the point where those companies that should be at the pinnacle of success are landing themselves in Court. So where do we go from here? Begin with Integrity. Add the Principles of Servant Leadership. Combine that with one of the most successful track records in the Corporate World with one of the deepest pockets in Venture. Finish the opportunity with a Builder's Compensation Plan the likes of which exist nowhere else in Network Marketing and you have an undeniable Formula for Success. Regardless of who you are or where you are, get in touch and let's talk. Best Regards, ~ Jerry Zerbach
