Developing New Jewish Leadership in Las Vegas, NV Jewish Emerging Leaders (JewEL) is a volunteer led/staff supported program of the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas that provides an opportunity for young Jewish professionals (20's & 30's) to take an active role in shaping their community through philanthropic community service and social activities. We believe one person can make a difference and invite you to join us to make an impact… There are a number of ways to get more involved that range from serving on a committee and helping to plan a JewEL program to manning a phone at our next phone-a-thon or participating in our monthly community service projects. Please don't hesitate to get more involved, we can find a way for you to make a difference in the community. If you are new to Las Vegas, we have a Welcoming Committee set up to help you and know a friendly face at an upcoming event.
