DIERCKX & ASSOCIATES Dierckx & Associates is a boutique, risk and litigation related professional services provider based in Christchurch New Zealand. Established in 2003 and incorporated in 2006, the business has been involved in a wide range of cases involving amongst others different types of fraud, theft and asset misappropriation, professional misconduct, civil litigation, dispute resolution, breaches of the Biosecurity Act and corporate espionage / data leakage and (debt) negotiation and advocacy work. Involvement has led to successful claims, prosecutions and mostly resolutions outside the court. Clients John has served over the years (also in previous positions) ranged from private individuals and SME's to large corporations, multinationals, government agencies, NGO's and semi-government bodies worldwide.
