Multicultural; French citizen born in Lebanon and fluent in French, English and Arabic. Married with 2 Children: Joy and Antoine. Hence my nick name "Joyante". Electronic engineer with MBA in marketing having more than 20 years of proven experience in the Middle East with European know how. I am good in global strategic management business. A leader with an open approach in working with people, forging a strong team of professionals dedicated to the Company and its clientele. Customer focus and cost efficient. Dependable and persistant. Perseverance is my key word. Actually General Manager of Installation Middle East Group (IME) based in Dubai. We are the Sole Distributors of "RS Components" since 1977, covering multiple distribution centers in the following markets: UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon and recently in Turkey with a 138-person staff (80% Engineers). Our Distribution centers process more than a million orders annually from a range of 500,000 line items supplying to over 10,000 different customers. Deliver work on-time every-time. The combination of both my experience and education, with the existing team under my leadership since 2002, were able to increase the Company T.O. by + 45% and position it as a leader in its domain in its respective markets. Our efforts were sanctioned, since 2006, as we were repeatedly awarded form our principals “RS Components” as number one distributor.
