My name is Julian Donnelly and I’m the MD of James Rosa Associates who are an independent financial and insolvency consultancy specialising in “tailored financial reconstruction”. We engage debt-distressed individuals or companies with a view to presenting a solution to their problems. We perform a comprehensive financial fact find and then give whole of market advice which details all of the solutions available to them as well as the pros and cons that apply in their specific circumstances. We will make a recommendation as well, but we leave it to the client to make a fully informed decision regarding the solution that fits their current needs (and future plans) the best. We then support the client through the process. Advice and support is given on all aspects including (but not limited to): • Refinancing • Debt management plans • Negotiated full and final settlements with creditors • Personal bankruptcy • Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) • Property repossession • Company liquidations and dissolutions • Company administrations, CVAs etc • Business turnarounds I am ideally looking for residents in England or Wales who are either: (a) a limited company, or (b) a homeowner with more than £50,000 in unsecured debt (loans, credit cards etc) Please feel free to drop me a line if you would like more information or are interested in becoming a registered introducer.
