Kimberlie Ritchey has over 20 years of experience working with computer operations, training and technical support. She frequently has been able to combine her passion for writing and fascination with technology by writing news articles, descriptive guides, technical manuals, training programs, user articles and more. For the past seven years, Kimberlie has had the privilege of working with area businesses and watching them grow and develop, seeing successful practices in action (and those not so successful). Primary focus is on promoting business & tourism in the Puget Sound area.
