I have enjoyed the divine guidance to work in diverse and unusual areas of health and wellness. This industry is continually growing and changing. Staying abreast of developments is a fun adventure! I had the privilege working as a Live Cell Microscopist for an incredible doctor who at the age of 83 had no desire of slowing down. He treated chronic illness and cancer with an incredible success rate. I had the unique opportunity to learn the science and nutrition behind chronic illness and cancer and this is a profound part of my practice today. Although I am a Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Specialist and a Life Style Educator, I am also a coach, author and creator of many different health, wellness and emotional well being programs. I have developed the most incredible Wellness program and from this came the Ultimate Corporate health and wellness program. I have developed and implemented, along with Dr. Phil Walsh in Toronto, and Lance Ware in Florida, an unique approach to releasing unwanted old emotions that hold one back from obtaining great achievements, and replace with positive, useful techniques that puts one back in control and on the path to greatness I am a founding partner in the most incredible network; The Ultimate Health and Wealth Network, promoting a functional health and wellness program for small and mid-sized businesses and corporations. As a Nutritionist, naturally, food is my primary focus. Cooking is essential to health; if I can empower one person out of fifty to start cooking I feel I have changed a nation! Educating is my passion, and I believe in empowering others to take responsibility for their own health by providing the tools and resources to make informed decisions. I am a public speaker dividing my time between presentations for a specific audiences, health, wellness and corporate venues. I also have an exclusive private practice where I work one-on-one with those seeking a healthier, more satisfying lifestyle.
