Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile!

I love reading. I’m selective in my reading and check out reviews from trusted sources before buying anything. This rule has its exceptions, however, and that is when I get stranded in airports. It’s not something I look forward to, but in hindsight it has almost always given me opportunities that I would not have planned for. When it happens, I find a bookstore and purchase a book I normally would not have bought. That’s what happened a couple of years back when I found myself with a book on NLP. Even though I didn’t believe most of it, it really interested me. Somehow I got the bug at some point and asked myself “How much are you investing in yourself for your personal development.

Since then my focus is on improving myself. I learned many methods, got to know interesting people and did all sorts of experiments. I will share these so you know what worked for me. Every one of us is unique; there is no off the shelf magic pill that anyone could take and just be merry. Both my parents are scientists so I learned early on to ask questions and look at results before preaching theory.

Each and every I push my beyond my comfort zone; I use all kinds of techniques and, even invent some of my own for self improvement. Please do let me know more about you, I’m sure I you have a lot to teach me. I will do my best to return the favour.

Believe in yourself and (almost) anything is possible.
