Ken Greenberg is the founder of Austin & Williams, a 4As member and the leading advertising and marketing consultancy on Long Island.
Prior to starting the agency with retired co-founder William Pesce in 1992, Ken had a 22-year career in retail banking. Prior to starting A&W Ken was Vice President-Marketing & Retail Banking at Central Federal Savings Bank, a 14-branch $1 Billion asset thrift headquartered in Mineola. Heâs a product of Brooklyn College where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology.
Kenâs specialty is database marketing and Predictive Analytics, where he uses advanced lifestyle segmentation to provide more accurate target marketing based on behaviors. He has lead the Agency to the forefront of digital marketing and web-based solutions. Ken has become an expert in Social Media, and recently gave a presentation on Social Media to more than 200 bankers. Last year, Ken co-founded Patient Innovations, LLC a company that will provide web-based application solutions to improve the patient experience. The companyâs first product, OnTime Careâ¢, will eliminate waiting in Doctorâs offices. Two other products are in the pipeline: LovedOne Updates⢠and MySafe Medical Recordsâ¢. Patient Innovations has provisional patents pending on several of their innovative solutions.
Ken is involved in several charities and trade organizations and is a member of the LIA Executive Round Table.
He lives in Mount Sinai at the Hamlet Willow Creek â an award winning golf course. Despite his proximity to the course⦠you canât tell from his game!
