It is the oldest restaurant in Castiglione del Lago.It is situated inside the town’s ancient walls.Our cuisine uses only the fine products of the land here in Umbria, the fish from the lake,fresh herbs and flowers, seasonal fruit, colours, flavours and aromas that are typical of Umbria.Our cuisine is dedicated to those who,with great commitment and humility,keep the quality of our lives high and maintain the high quality of the ingredients we use in the kitchen. Il nostro Ristorante L'Acquario è il più antico ristorante del borgo e si trova all'interno delle mura di Castiglione del Lago.
