Lawray has been an Architectural Practice for over 35 years The Lawray Partnership was founded in Cardiff by Lawford Gower and Raymond Pye in March 1974 Wrexham office opened in November 1974, followed by our London office in 1983. In 1992 Lawray Partnership was incorporated as Lawray Limited. Lawray Ltd. trades as Lawray Architects. Martin Fox (London) and Arnot Hughes (Cardiff) have been Board Directors since 1995 and in 2009 became joint Managing Directors/Owners, also appointing five new Directors across the three offices as part of the Practice restructuring and succession plan. Lawray Ltd. provides full Professional Architectural Services for RIBA Work Stages A-L, full Historic Buildings and Conservation Research, Measured and Condition Surveys of existing structures, Design Services, CDM Co-ordination, Contract Administration from inception to completion Our range of work includes: - Schools and Higher Education Buildings for Universities, Campus Space Planning, Higher Education, Colleges, Comprehensive and Primary Schools. Residential Private Residences, Private Estates and Social Housing. Culture/Theatres/Arts Theatres, Film Studios, Galleries, Museums. Sports/Leisure Sports Facilities, Sports Stadia, Swimming Pools, Hotels. Retail Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Shopping Arcades. Health Care Hospitals, Residential or Nursing Homes, Treatment Facilities, Laboratories, Clean room areas, Mortuaries Space/Master Planning Industrial, Residential, Educational and Leisure Sites.
