Naturopathic Nutritionist since 1991, Author of The Waterfall Diet, Treat Yourself With Nutritional Therapy, the Big Healthy Soup Diet, the Amino Acid Report, Principles of Nutritional Therapy and the Nutritional Health Bible. Former nutrition editor of the International Journal of Alternative & Complementary Medicine. Spent three years working with family physician (GP) in London treating IBS, fatigue, skin problems, recurring headaches/migraine, arthritis and PMS using dietary methods alone. Founder of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy and Applied Nutrition. Assisted the University of Westminster in creating the UK's first degree course in Nutritional Therapy. I have a special interest in water retention, which is the subject of my second website Water-Retention.Net.

CURRENT PROJECTS
Currently writing books, providing online health consultations and preparing a one-year intensive home-study course in naturopathic nutrition, for health professionals such as nurses, GPs, pharmacists and CAM practitioners.

MY VIEWS
There's more to nutritional therapy than just eating a healthy diet and taking vitamin pills. Nutrition affects every aspect of our metabolism. Naturopathic nutritional therapy is not "alternative" it is based on published science, clinical trials, physiology, immunology and many other disciplines. But we may join up the dots differently and use different interpretations.

MY AIMS
To help people be well, mentally and physically. To have the energy and vitality they need to do all the things they want to do. To delay old age and ill-health, and reverse any current health problems. On a more light-hearted note, "Obey her healthy tweets and the English Diet Goddess will banish your pot-belly and grant you health and productivity."
