Hi, I retired in October of 2008. At that time I was in pretty good health, for my age, but I was starting to have problems with arthritis in my knees. I was on Zestril for my high blood pressure, Lasix and Kerlone because I was borderline diabetic, as well. When I last saw my doctor in October of 2008, he wanted to put me on another drug to control the insomnia I was experiencing. I began to feel that there had to be a better way to live. I don't feel that we are meant to take pills for the rest of our lives. The truth of the matter is that pills don't cure anything. Even most doctors seem to have forgotten that only the body can cure itself of any disease. That was it. I had had enough! So I started doing research and I found H202. I changed primary physicians and when I went to see my new doctor in Jan 2009. He took me off of everything and told me I was healthy as a horse. And the arthritis went away.
